Hi, my name is Karen Davaz. I am a certified Health and Wellness Life Coach and a Counselling Hypnotherapist. I guide individuals on their health and emotional well-being journey, helping them achieve personal goals, improve overall wellness, and navigate life’s challenges with practical, holistic strategies.
Through Unique Minds Health and Wellness, I focus on overall health while supporting multicultural diversity and inclusion. I work with people from all backgrounds to address challenges related to identity, culture, systemic pressures, and life transitions.
My goal is to provide a safe, inclusive space where your experiences are recognized, valued, and celebrated.
My holistic approach addresses physical, emotional, mental, and cultural well-being. I help clients identify stressors, barriers, and habits that affect their health and offer strategies in nutrition, lifestyle, stress management, mindfulness, and wellness practices tailored to each individual.

Unique Minds Health and Wellness is strictly focused on health and wellness coaching through a dedicated 8-week wellness membership, emphasizing overall well-being, lifestyle, nutrition education, and personal growth.
